Dining ‘al fresco’ is one of the pleasures of a charter on Soterion. And although the dress code and mood is laidback and relaxed, the cuisine will be prepared and presented to the most professional standard.

Prior to charter your broker will send you a Preference Sheet. This aims to find out about your food and drink likes….and dislikes. Chef Rachel will then tailor a bespoke menu to suit your group’s requirements ensuring where possible, she stocks up on all your favourite things. A special children's menu is available.
